  • Mad Passing @ Deal's Gap

As I start the process of encoding the rest of my footage of Deal's Gap, I went out to see what other videos were out there. Here's a video called Mad Passing at Deal's Gap, as it's exactly that.  Why post this?  Because it makes me feel better about posting my videos.  It's gotten to the point that in my next ...

  • Biloxi Detour

On Hwy US 90 that runs along the coast of the Gulf, the Biloxi Bay Bridge is still out from Katrina over a year ago. I'll admit, I crossed way past the "no drive" zone to get this shot.  But hey, the car barely screeched through the no-drive barriers.  It's a MINI after all. Along the detour, I also ran into ...

  • Next stop, Biloxi Mississippi

Ok, I haven't updated my blog in a bit.  Been too busy enjoying my vacation.  So the next few posts are a bit out of order.  So, Biloxi...  I've always had an aching to stay in Biloxi.  Close to Long Beach, the casinos, and just the history I studied when in school about this beautiful little city. Also ...

  • [video] A teaser for Tail of the Dragon

This is a video of a couple of short clips we took while riding the Tail of the Dragon at Deal's Gap in the mountains of Tennessee. I have hours of footage to organize and put online.  So give me a few weeks for that. Until then, this video is a nice teaser to what's to come. [video] Direct link to download: ...

  • Destination Memphis

Memphis was great.  Got to hit Beale St., Sun Studios and had to hit Tops BBQ.  The story of the night was the Pimp-n-Hoes party, where Papa E. Jazz (that's me) was in the house!   Click here for other pics   Next destination in my road trip: Nashville by taking Exit 163 - US48 through Dickson, TN to US49 through ...

  • First major road trip (and what a doozy!)

Wow, where do I begin.  This is the first post of many on my adventures I'm taking in my new car.  MINI is engaging in their first cross-country road trip - ''MINI Takes the States'' road trip, starting in Monterey, CA and ending up in Lakeville, CT.  Along there way, there's entertainment, partying, and music they ...
