Aiight, I've been mentioning this to quite a few of my friends about a movie I saw on FX this year. 

Found it.  It's called Oil Storm.

It's close to what has happened currently with the powerloss at the Gulf Oil supply line.  And we are just talking a "power outage".  In this movie, it was damaged for over a year to repair.  It's becoming real life.

Rent it if you can.  Or with the current news, look for it to come on FX again very soon.
