It has 1000 ft.tq. and can do 0-60 in 4s.  And you can park it on the sidewalk...

Did I mention the $85,000 cost for this kit-car? 

They mention it as being ultra-stable, mainly due to over 80% of the wieght is a few inches off of the ground (the batteries and DC motors).  Check out this video of them at an Autocross:
